Your day-to-day work will include:

We are actively seeking candidates for RPA developers with a Financial Management (FM) background to support the planning, policy, execution, reporting, and oversight of FM operations. We aim to deliver leading-edge intelligent automation solutions for our Marine Corps clients. Ideal candidates will have strong software development skills in automation technologies, cloud & on-premise network architecture, and implementation methodologies. As well as a background in budget execution, cost accounting, resource evaluation and analysis (RE&A), OMB A-123, and financial statement audit initiatives. Our RPA work is primarily with UiPath and Power Automate RPA tools. Our Financial Management work includes receiving, analyzing, prioritizing, coordinating, diagnosing, and resolving requests for assistance through virtual, remote, and in-person support, primarily with geographically local activities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 8 years of directly related professional experience performing related tasks.
  • Progressive financial and/or logistics and/or system experience.
  • General experience required includes increasing responsibilities in the design and/or maintenance of systems.
  • Familiar with Design and Development Software Process Activities, including Waterfall and Agile Design.
  • Processes as well as familiarization with the design and development of databases.
  • Progressive experience in designing and installing integrated personnel, materials, machinery, and/or equipment systems.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of legacy business processes, reports, and feeder system tools to analyze historical financial transactions and reconcile Key Supporting Documentation (KSD) and DAI balances.
  • Familiarity with and capability to access, navigate, and transact within DAI.
  • Familiarity with DAI modules: Budget-to-Report (B2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Cost Accounting (CA), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and reporting through Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to assist the workforce in the execution of their assigned responsibilities.
  • Assist Marine Corps activities with the timely resolution of critically aged interface errors, pre-validation failures, unmatched transactions, and other abnormal transactions.
  • Identify anomalies or unexpected results when navigating in DAI, recording information, or validating interfaced data.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting business process steps to the level of detail needed to support and/or build intelligent automation.
  • Ability to analyze required technology systems and functional operations.
  • Experience leveraging SQL databases and BI dashboards.
  • Experience testing and debugging software.
  • Previous experience in the application or implementation domain.
  • Previous experience using/developing defense and/or civilian agency systems solutions.
  • Working knowledge of federal financial and administrative systems and architectures.
  • Experience working in agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience managing online web portals, software licenses, users, and roles.
  • Strong interest and/or experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML).
  • Experience working with other automation tools will also be considered (e.g., Blue Prism, Appian, Pega, Automation Anywhere).
  • UiPath RPA Certification(s).
  • Sig Sixma Certification

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Education: bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, or other related business, scientific or technical discipline.

Work hours:

Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up. Many of our positions allow some flexibility in the work schedule for unforeseen events so that our employees can maintain a 40-hour work week and still have the opportunity to meet other obligations during the workday.
