Job Description:

Aeyon seeks a highly skilled, experienced Program Manager to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness through rigorous financial management, audit response, internal controls evaluation, and policy development. This requirement will support the Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics priorities for modernizing business processes to support an effective internal control program and improve external reporting requirements. This program is a centralized, nationwide program that is responsible for meeting the requirements outlined in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-123 (OMB A-123), OMB Circular A-136 (OMB A-136), the Chief Financial Officer’s Act of 1990 and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) publications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day manager of engagement. Primary interface between government and contractor team.

• Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on systems consolidation/migration, IT modernization, and ERP implementations.

• Compliance and Audit Oversight: Ensure all program activities adhere to relevant IT audit compliance standards, including FISCAM and RMF. Lead efforts to maintain audit readiness, and support audit remediation activities through strategic program management.

• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners.

• Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and budget management for the program, ensuring optimal use of resources and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Implement robust risk management practices and quality assurance processes to identify, mitigate, and manage program risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional program team, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.

• Reporting and Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain program dashboards and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on program status, milestones, and performance metrics.

• Experience in managing large, complex engagements in support of State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.

Experience Requirements:

Mandatory: Nine (9) years of progressive experience supporting engagements in business consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or a related field, including four (4) years of experience managing such efforts.

Certification Requirements:

Mandatory: PMP

Education Requirements:

Mandatory: Four (4) year degree in accounting or business management related field from an accredited institution.
