Your day-to-day work will include:

This job requisition is designed to solicit interested candidates to serve as key personnel who will support the Department of the Navy’s migration of all active non-classified Navy transactions to the Navy ERP SAP application as the single General Ledger. Specifically, you will be a key leader on our team to enable the successful migration of the U. S. Fleet Forces Command, Pacific Fleet, and Navy Reserve Forces Command from the SABRS accounting system and other feeder systems to Navy ERP.

The Project Coordinator role is an experienced SAP deployment coordinator with knowledge of Navy ERP and DoD financial management processes.

The Project Coordinator needs to:

  • Have knowledge of how to align large teams to the current Navy ERP migration approved processes with minimum impact on schedule deadlines.
  • Be responsible for coordinating planning activities and balancing workload between incoming BSO, supporting BSO, PMW220, and other stakeholders as required. Accountable for execution of government migration processes that will be utilized for BSO readiness activities and integrated into PMW220 integrated master plan and schedule.
  • Provide recommendations on process efficiencies and updates to overall migration.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Fifteen (15) years of progressive, relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have experience deploying functional and technical subject-matter expertise in a particular relevant field in support of State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees. It should also include the following:

  • Experience in business Consulting, Process Improvement, Strategy, Financial Management (FM), or Related Field, including four (4) years Managing such efforts with a minimum of five years of Federal ERP Experience
  • Program or project manager, acquisition manager, or business analyst experience
  • Ability to effectively interface with senior DoD SES staff, academia, and industry in meetings, workshops, and forums
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on a team

Education Requirements:

Mandatory: Four (4) year degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to their professional role.

Clearance Requirements:

Active Secret clearance is required.

Work hours:

Here at Aeyon, we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we realize that life happens, and things come up.
