Job Description:

Aeyon LLC is looking for an accomplished Senior Program Manager with Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience to support the OCM Branch within the USTRANSCOM (USTC), Joint Transportation Management Systems (JTMS), Joint Program Office (JPO) at Scott AFB, ILL. The appropriate candidate will lead the Stakeholder engagement and OCM Plans efforts which directly contributed to the implementation and development of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for USTRANSCOM. Further, this position supports the OCM JTMS Program by assisting USTRANSCOM with managing all aspects of change associated with the transformation of the organization aligning with new business processes, systems, technology for a future single ERP.

Other Responsibilities:

  • The Senior PM will have demonstrated expertise in leading change management and communications for a large-scale ERP deployment for this DoD customer.
  • In support of the customer, implements the Stakeholder engagement process, to track, account for and establish a data repository that captures all the foundation for change, manage and implement change across the organization, and help sustain change through complete tool adoption and future enhancements.
  • Program management:
    • Serves as primary customer point of contact for execution of assigned customer contract(s) and related projects. Performs as direct interface for customer personnel relative to execution of new and existing contracts/orders and management of any customer issues.
    • Drives day to day team activities to meet program milestones/deliverables and track progress.
    • Direct and manage program development from beginning to end, overseeing quality control throughout program lifecycle.
    • Deliver team structure, projects plan, scheduling, cost structures, with clearly defined and communicated projects goals and key success factors.
    • Possess an understanding Of ITSM, ITL, DCIM/Data Center Management.

Experience Requirements:

10-15 years of progressive, relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have experience deploying functional and technical subject-matter expertise in the field of program management and change management in support of Federal Government agencies (primarily DoD) in a mid or large, complex companies. It should also include the following:

  • Minimum six (6) years Leading Change Management Services and Related Projects
  • Seven plus (7+) relevant experience DoD experience
  • Program or project manager, acquisition manager, or business analyst experience
  • Ability to effectively interface with senior DoD SES staff, academia, and industry in meetings, workshops, and forums
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on a team

Certification Requirements:

Desirable:

  • Prosci Organizational Change Management certification course
  • Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR Model
  • PMP certification

Education Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree Highly desirable)
