Job Description:

Assists in development of strategic initiatives, plans and programs. Applies understanding of the organization's mission, stakeholders and resources to conduct relevant analyses and make recommendations to government leadership.

Experience Requirements:

  • Provide recommendations for the development of OUSD(I&S) products.
  • Interface with experts across the Intelligence Community, U.S. Government, and external organizations to expand understanding of critical issues relevant to Great Power Competition, to include travel.
  • Develop OSD staffing packages that include time-sensitive requirements for senior audiences to include the Secretary of Defense and National Security Council.
  • Coordinate and develop staff packages to support OUSD(I&S) requirements.
  • Assist in the development and oversight of OUSD(I&S) manpower and resource documentation to include budget exhibits, spend plans, budget reports, budget execution, documentation, position descriptions, memoranda of understanding, agreement, etc.
  • Responsible for the assessment of products and or procedures for compliance with Government standards, accounting principles, internal controls, and multi-tiered system application standards.
  • Prepare milestone status reports and presentations for colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
