Essential Job Responsibilities
We are actively seeking a candidate for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) System Analyst role to support an Army Client. Ideal candidates will have experience as business analysts and skills in process assessment, process improvement, and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate is proficient with RPA technologies and implementation, specifically UiPath RPA tools and solutions.
Duties and expectations include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Assessing business processes to identify automation candidates and analyzing and documenting strategies to the level of detail needed to support intelligent automation.
• Conducting required systems analysis, phases of systems technology, and functional/user area operations.
• Demonstrating the ability to focus on detailed requirements, report issues, and provide recommended solutions.
• Communicating effectively with team and client leadership.
• Navigating Army or DoD acquisition systems and architectures.
• Displaying superior functional knowledge of task order-specific requirements.
• Assisting in verifying and validating test data against modeling and simulation data.
• Providing support to generate data analysis summaries and other analytical documents.
• Assisting in the generation of reports and graphics which summarize data and test results.
• Managing online web portals, software licenses, online users, and roles.
• Integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning features.
• Contributing to an agile software development team and participating actively in all scrum activities.
• Collaborating with the team to plan and manage agile software development sprints and actively contributing to delivering sprint tasks daily.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, or other related scientific or technical disciplines.
Waiverable/Substitutable:
Four years of additional work experience can be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
SME I 5 -10 years of experience (including internships)
SME II 10-15 years of experience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with Digital Transformation Tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, UIPath, etc.).
• Execute the development of system requirements and project development strategies.
• Provide interface development.
• Provide tool selection for the implementation team.
• Work with application programmers in development efforts requiring software operating system interaction.
• Demonstrate creativity and judgment in resolving sophisticated software problems.
• Use accepted industry standards and practices regarding the development of commercial operating systems
• Familiarization with the scrum framework and responsibilities of a developer.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changes (new processes, new tools, etc.).
