Job Description:
This position supports the Office of Assistant Secretary of the Army and Financial Management & Comptroller, Army Audit Sustainment. The Risk Analyst will be a part of the Army’s financial statement auditability initiatives. We are currently seeking a Real Property Analyst to support the OCAR Audit Cell:
- Required to have a complete understanding of the Green Book and OMB A-123 guidance.
- Thorough knowledge of SFFAS 6 and SFFAS 50.
- Use knowledge and experience to assist the client with utilizing resources to meet set goals.
- Develop policies and standard operating procedures.
- Develop, update and conduct client internal controls and self-directed testing.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
Experience Requirements:
8 years of federal financial management experience.
Internal controls, SFFAS 6, and SFFAS 50 experience preferred.

Education Requirements:
Mandatory: Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management
Waiverable/Substitutable: Bachelor’s degree and one of the following certifications: CDFM, CGFM, CICA, PMP (No waiver required for bachelor’s degree and one of these certs)
