CAREER LADDER TITLE: SME I - IV

LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR); daily on-site requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking candidate with relevant skills to provide full-service contract support to the Intelligence Community (IC). The candidate must be familiar with business process analysis, mapping, and improvement experience within the IC. In addition, the candidate will be providing Strategic and Organization Planning and Change Management Support.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Active Top-Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) w Poly required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, business intelligence, systems engineering, or related/adjacent fields.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: None

Desired:

  • Business process or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • MS Project

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 Years of demonstrated experience in creative problem solving.
  • 3 Years of demonstrated experience in team building and team management.
  • 5 Years of demonstrated experience in strategic planning.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional professional judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting organizational health and impact measurement methodology, metrics, and data analysis efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing tools and applications such as Tableau, Python, SQL, and IBM Cognos BI and/or relevant disciplines (i.e., Enterprise Performance Management
  • Demonstrated experience producing and delivering executive-level briefing and report collateral via Microsoft Office and various dashboard applications.
