Your day-to-day work will include:
Seeking candidates with relevant skills to provide full-service contract support to the Intelligence Community (IC). The candidate will need to be familiar with financial reporting and analysis, business process improvement, strategic and organizational planning, strategic financial planning, assessment and improvement of financial management systems, and training.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory:
• 1+ years working with federal financial statement auditing and/or federal financial statement preparation and analysis.
Desired (any or all):
• Experience improving PP&E data integrity, internal controls, and financial reporting of PP&E and Inventory and Related Property (I&RP);
• Familiarity and/or expertise with lease evaluation and recording under SFFAS 54.
• Experience leading and implementing process redesign and new policies/procedures to improve and related to financial reporting.
• 5 years of experience with Service Level Agreements (SLA) compliance guidance and/or training, applying statues, regulations, policies, and GAO Red Book guidance to remediation of non-compliant SLAs, ability to define controls to safeguard the organization from Bona Fide Needs Rule statutory compliance failures.
• 3 years of experience with Data Analytics & Visualization, utilizing Java, Python, R or similar languages.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and Macros and/or comparable technology/software
Education Requirements:
Mandatory: bachelor’s or master’s Degree in accounting or in the appropriate field or related experience
Certification Requirements:
Mandatory: None

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Work hours:
Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up. Many of our positions allow some flexibility in the work schedule for unforeseen events so that our employees can maintain a 40-hour work week and still have the opportunity to meet other obligations during the workday.
